• Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Once a bonus has been applied, it cannot be withdrawn; it can only be used for placing bets.
• Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.

General Bonus Terms

• h31bet reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus terms at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Additional specific terms may apply for special promotions or seasonal offers.
• Bonuses have no cash value; they are only usable within the platform.

Betting and Gaming Rules

General Betting Rules

The following rules apply to both sports betting and casino gaming on the h31bet platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless h31bet approves it under special circumstances.
• If the outcome of a bet is affected by a technical error, h31bet may cancel that bet and refund the original stake.
• h31bet reserves the right to cancel bets placed on incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to a system error.
• If a member is found to be involved in match fixing or any form of fraud, the relevant account will be closed.

Sports Betting

• No bets are accepted after the betting market has closed.
• For live betting, h31bet reserves the right to suspend markets.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the original stake is generally refunded.

Casino Gaming

• All casino games are operated using fair and transparent Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If evidence of rigging or manipulation of game results is found, the relevant member's account will be cancelled.
• In the event of a network disconnection, h31bet will determine the result based on the last recorded state of that game session.

VIP Program and Cashback

Active members on h31bet can participate in three VIP tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze Tier: up to 0.3% cashback per week — the entry-level tier for new members.
• Silver Tier: up to 0.7% cashback per week — for regular and active members.
• Gold Tier: up to 1.0% cashback per week — for VIP members with the highest level of benefits.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on the member's activity and consistency of play. h31bet reserves the right to adjust any member's VIP tier without giving a reason. Cashback amounts are credited to the relevant member's account every Monday.

Prohibited Activities and Account Closure Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h31bet platform:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets deliberately to abuse bonuses, also known as "bonus hunting".
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Threatening or insulting h31bet staff.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.

Account Closure Process

If a member is involved in any of the prohibited activities above, h31bet may close the account without prior notice and forfeit any winnings and bonuses. The account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is ongoing.
